In the event of an outage, our failover system seamlessly switches your connection to a backup source, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity. A: Yes, you have the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your Plan as your business needs change. We understand that scalability is crucial, and we want to provide you with the flexibility to adjust your services accordingly. 

Whether you need to accommodate business growth or temporarily reduce costs, our team will work with you to make the necessary adjustments to your Plan, and this is why we developed a “Freedom Plan” to respond our customers unique needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure that our services always align with your evolving requirements. 

A: We heard from many of you requesting a better Plan to meet the needs of seasonal cellular data customers. Freedom Plans are “Yearly” cellular data plans, not monthly. Use your data as your operation requires, on a seasonal basis. You pick the plan, and we will do this rest. We will keep track of your data usage throughout the year and notify you when you reach 75% and 90% of your data bucket. SET IT AND FORGET IT. 

A: Your data starts the day you activate. You can use as much data as you need each month and the usage will be deducted from your data bucket. You are not restricted to a monthly allowance.  

A: We will notify you via email when you have used 75% and then again at 90% of your data bucket. You can choose to upgrade your plan at that time or just pay the small fee for any additional data needed to complete the year. 

A: Easy. To share your 6GB or 12GB data plan with multiple equipment, simply select our “Add A SIM” plan. You can select up to 5 “Add A SIM” plans per 6GB or 12GB plan.  

A: NO! Use your data seasonally as you need it.  

A: Freedom Pans are billed on the day your device is activated. You pay for the data up front and have the option to renew at the end of the year. Additional data can be purchased if needed and will be billed at the time it is added to your account 

A: Your data starts the day you activate the SIM and ends 1 year from that time. Example: Activate on 3/15/2023 and your plan ends on 3/14/2024. If you add an additional SIM later, we will prorate to match your initial billing date. 

A: For our Monthly Plans and Freedom Plans, we do not run credit checks or ask you to sign a contract – EVER!

For our Internet-On-The-Go plans, these typically include the router. A credit check is required. Contracts for Internet-On-The-Go are 3-Year contracts, and if needed, we can tailor 1-Year contracts as well.

A: You are never charged activation fees for the SIMs. There is a one-time $25.00 account set up fee. 

A: If you have the LinkWorx Freedom Plan, there is no need to suspend, your connection is in “ready to use” state. Always on and ready to work when you are.

If you have a LinkWorx Monthly Plan or LinkWorx Internet-On-The-Go Plan, please contact us via phone or email to temporarily suspend your service.

A: We offer 3 options. 

  • Blue: SIMs on nationwide AT&T Wireless network 
  • Red: SIMs on nationwide Verizon Wireless network 
  • White: Dual SIM option, one AT&T SIM and/or one Verizon SIM
